These Terms apply to and govern the services we provide under the RustCasino brand, including any site on a domain ending in rustcasino.io, along with any correspondence between us relating to those services. By signing in and taking part, you accept these Terms.

Participation

By placing a bet on RustCasino you confirm that you are 18 or older, of sound mind, and able to take responsibility for your own actions. The service is provided to you "as is", with no guarantees, expressed or implied, as to its quality, completeness, or accuracy, and we accept no responsibility for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss connected with your use of it. We may suspend or cancel any bet or wager at any time, and any bets open while the site is suspended are placed on hold. We may also stop offering rounds at any time without notice.

We ask every player to follow a couple of simple rules so payouts stay smooth. When you win a round, the bot sends your winnings as a trade offer and you have 1 hour to accept it; if you have not accepted within that hour, the offer is cancelled and the items are returned. Please accept your winnings promptly and do not go AFK while playing. Every round is provably fair, and you can check any result yourself on the Provably Fair page.

Where you can play

You may not use RustCasino if you are in the United Kingdom, or in any country or region where online gambling or skin betting is against the law. By taking part, you confirm it is legal for you to do so where you live.

Deposits, withdrawals and lost items

You deposit by accepting the trade offer the bot sends you; if it is not accepted within 5 minutes, it is cancelled automatically. For every round a commission of 0 to 10% is taken, calculated on the total pot value and drawn from the item pool. If any items are lost during a round because of a software or network fault, you have 12 hours to raise it by emailing [email protected], after which the items are treated as surrendered. We strongly recommend withdrawing your winnings promptly to avoid any issues; the total value won stays the same.
